This plugin makes it possible to read tags from VirtualDJ.
Download the plugin using the link below, then enable it in Loopstream by copying this block of code, open loopstream settings, go to the tags tab, and press load:

Due to technical difficulties challenges, only specific versions of VirtualDJ can be used. The plugin will most likely not support the very latest version. Here are some download links for older versions which work:

if you installed VirtualDJ outside the default location (c:\program files) then copy LoopstreamVDJ.exe into that folder and run it from there
