Loopstream Traktor Plugin

This plugin makes it possible to read tags from Traktor,
plus VirtualDJ and most other icecast sources

First time setup

• Download the plugin using the link below
• Place it in the same folder as Loopstream
• Shut down Traktor and VirtualDJ
• Restart Loopstream
• Accept the auto-config offers
  • Traktor will be configured
  • VirtualDJ will be configured
• Allow access to traktor2loopstream.exe
• Loopstream settings » Tags
• Select profile "Traktor plugin"
• if you are using VirtualDJ:
  • VDJ settings » broadcast » radio server
  • select Config: Loopstream

Audio settings for Traktor

Then do this on every stream:

Click the antenna so it glows blue;
this makes Traktor start sending tags:

Fixing common problems

1. "Could not find the location of Traktor on your system"

if this happens, do the following settings in Traktor:

• Broadcasting » Address: 127.0.0.1
• Broadcasting » Port: 42069
• Broadcasting » Mount path: /why.ogg
• Broadcasting » Password: loopstream
